The rising sun kisses the world.
Month: April 2017
Tardy; serene
A very tardy return to posting.
The waning moon rides serenely in the dawn sky.
Challenge
It has recently been a challenge to post. Things going on, things to think about, things to accomplish.
I plan to take my typical Wednesday break and return on Thursday.
Wary
The Purple Finches (left and right) are vary wary, always looking out, fleeing at the first hint of possible danger.
Seedlings
A few of our vegetable seedlings, brought outside to begin hardening them off. We look forward to planting, tending, harvesting.
Dawn, country road
Lovely call
I captured this White-throated Sparrow in the boxelder just off the deck. In looking up its entry on the All About Birds site I came across its lovely call. So this is the song I’ve heard the past few days! I invite you to click the link and listen to its cheerful tune.
A few moments
I paused for a few mements to admire the sunrise.
To their level
These little daffodils are so attractive that I descended to their level – ground level – for a better perspective.
Grasps
Winter wheat grasps spring sunshine.
