Stumped.

I saw this bird in the St. Clair River and am stumped as to what species it is, even after reviewing my Sibley Guide. What do you think?

  Hey, thanks for commenting and please thank Tim for the suggestion. Quite possibly; I have seen them on this stretch of the river. It was a little too far out for me to make an educated guess.
