Every dog has at least one quirk. I vacuumed the house, then took the floor mats outside and mopped the kitchen floor. Fitzi dislikes smooth floors and refused to cross the kitchen until Faye returned from running errands.
Intrigued
The hibiscus bloom featured yesterday also intrigued Fitzi.
Diverts
The sight of a neighbours’ cat diverts Fitzi from playing with a ball.
Cannot leave out.
I cannot leave out our affectionate Fitzi. He’s curled up in a favourite place on a chilly evening: the dog bed in front of the Magic Heat Box aka the wall furnace.
Not this time.
Fitzi, being a black dog, often blends into the background. Not this time.
