Yesterday’s approaching thunderstorm roiled the sky.

Yesterday was a good day to cloud-watch. It was hot, humid, and the atmosphere was a little unstable. Cumulus began towering which created some fascinating formations.
A farmers’ yard light is a tiny speck lost in the immensity of a field of corn stubble barely illuminated by a glorious dawn.
So it is with all of us, mere specks in the immensity of all that is.

I raced a thunderstorm home. Having got out ahead, I had a chance to stop, photograph, admire and respect power far beyond ours before continuing the race.
