Colourful
We have started buying our eggs from one of my co-workers, who has several hens. The $3 cost is very reasonable, we support local agriculture, and a bonus is that our eggs are very pleasing to the eye.
The Colour of Eggs
A co-worker recently gave me a dozen eggs from her mothers’ flock of Ameraucana (sp?) hens. Don’t know that I have ever seen blue or green eggs before. Pretty and utilitarian.
