Smoky sunset.

Smoke particles, making their way to my area on upper air winds blowing from the wildfires in Quebec, made for a smoky sunset last night. The sky was so obscured that the sun disappeared before it reached the horizon.

Full of smoke.

The upper atmosphere was full of smoke earlier this week from the wildfires in western Canada, and the sunrises were indicative of that.
