This looks grainy, or out of focus. The focus is on the snowflakes in the foreground; a snow shower was ongoing and caught against a bright background.

It’s good to get down on your subject’s level. My subject was fungus growing out of an old tree stump, with a bonus of capturing an inchworm navigating the landscape.

It has been a glorious early spring day. Full sun, not a cloud in the sky, Bella Luna rising in the afternoon.
A good day to be alive.
