Sails.

A skiff of cirrus sails across the early evening sky. Seeing this before going inside was lovely.

Rainbow.

A lovely way to end a showery day.

Blessed and grateful.

The hibiscus is still throwing off blooms. With low temperatures in the single digits and highs barely reaching 20 by the weekend, it may be nearing the end of bloom season.

Nonetheless, I am blessed and grateful that it’s doing so well.

A pleasant surprise.

Seeing this rainbow was a pleasant surprise.

Soft colours.

Although I miss the very early sunrises of high summer, the lovely soft colours of September mornings before sunrise are marvellous.

A fantastic morning.

It was a fantastic morning to be out and about, and to witness this glorious scene.

Gloriously delicate.

The sky was airbrushed with gloriously delicate hues this morning. I was compelled to stop, admire and give thanks, and share with you.

If you look just above and to the right of the centre, there is the fingernail, waning, almost gone, crescent moon.

morning

Glorious.

I neither need nor want to say more.

Marvellous.

Today’s sunrise was marvellous. I’m very blessed to be able to witness such beauty.

Profusion.

A profusion of very cheery wildflowers.
