Hot off the grill.

A strip loin with potatoes, carrots, marinated mushrooms, and garlic scapes. Washed down with a pleasant Italian pinot grigio.

      The steak was a bit beyond medium well, so more done than desirable (fire was too hot) but otherwise everything was most enjoyable.
