Although I live in chickadee country, I have not seen chickadees at my feeders for eight or nine years. This is one of two that have started visiting in the last three weeks. I hope they continue visiting.

This Great Blue Heron rested on a pile of reeds.

House Sparrows feed at the sunflower seed buffet.

I never tire.

I never tire of watching Turkey Vultures wheel and soar.

In the distance.

A Mute Swan hovers in the distance, on the far side of the pond.
