Stella instigated a play session with Achilles this afternoon. Its been quite some time since they played so uninhibitedly, while I had the camera nearby. It was deeply satisfying and pleasurable to see them play like this. I was shooting blind – not using the viewfinder or the LCD, simply snapping. This is only one of about two dozen photos.

What beautiful dogs! I sometimes wish mine would play more, but Greyhounds are very lazy and like to sleep most of the time.
Thank you for commenting, and for the kind compliment! Chilidog and Stella have not played like this in some months; they are seniors and slowing down a bit. It was very satisfying to watch them gambol about as they have in years past.
