A sublime sunrise blesses a harvested field dusted with frost.

Itself unevenly split by faraway clouds, the rising sun unevenly splits the difference between two trees.

. . . something else. Do you see it? Can you tell what it is?

A rather apt description, don’t you think?

A willow and (if I recall correctly) a cottonwood. Distant cousins, granted, related nonetheless.

The soft curves of trees, clouds, and the almost imperceptible curvature of the land are restful to the eye.

Almost the exact same spot and perspective as the previous post. What a difference three months makes.
