We had a lovely, calm, clear night and morning which resulted in hoarfrost forming in this twig.

Hoarfrost wraps itself around the landscape on a late winter morning.

On a recent sunny morning, hoarfrost clung to the bottom edges of our siding. I wanted to capture its delicate beauty before it vanished. A short time after this photo, all was gone.

Many things wore a coat of hoarfrost yesterday morning. This teasel head was one of the many touched by delicate beauty.
