The redbud tree adds a wonderful dash of colour to our backyard. It suffered a serious injury three years ago in an accident yet seems to have fully recovered.
Vague, indistinct outlines of horizon and cloud usher in the new day. This mildly foggy morning entranced me, I stopped for some time to drink in, savour, appreciate the day.
In February our redbud tree is draped in hoarfrost, a beautiful sight to behold. Soon it will be festooned in gay, lovely pink. At either time, it is a blessed sight.
The seedpuffs of this cattail glowed in the early morning rays and caught my eye. I didn’t even see the spiderweb until I reviewed the photo. Delicate, almost invisible tracery. Lovely. Stop to look and see, and you may see more – if you are open.
